Warehouse Move Update
We're almost there - Moorebank 2025 move update!
As previously announced, we are moving to our brand new 14,000m2 facility on 16 - 26 May 2025.
Just 7 days out we are ready to go, but before we do there are some key and important notes to be aware of.
Important Notes for your attention:
1. Our Philips and Pierlite Brand products supply will be disrupted between 16th-23rd May, as we move all stock from Padstow to Moorebank. We will not dispatch product deliveries during this time but we will still be able to receive orders into our system.
2. The final day for order receipt and delivery is Thursday 15 May 2025, with first orders shipped again on Monday 26 May 2025.
3. Collections direct from the warehouse will be available from 5 June 2025.
4. Philips Dynalite and Philips consumer products are not expected to be impacted in this period.
5. Western Australia will continue services from Malaga without disruption.
6. All goods returns will be suspended during the move period, please ensure that no goods are sent to our warehouse in this time. GRA’s will be accepted at the new warehouse from the 26th May onwards
7. Note that our new address for goods returns from 26 May 2025 is:

To ensure we can keep your business moving:
Please ensure you place orders in well advance for delivery before 16 May, this way we can get up and running quicker, and get back to full services in the week following the move.
